Meet Your Instructor

With over three decades of expertise in the Custody and Asset Servicing industry, Graham brings a wealth of experience to the table. He began his career at JP Morgan in London where he held various roles including Technical Sales Support, Business Development, and Investment Manager, supporting the custody business throughout the U.K. In 1987, Graham joined State Street Bank in London as the Head of Custody Operations, and in 1997 he relocated to the US as the Head of Operations and Business Technology – Securities. He then held the position of Head of Treasury Operations and Investment Management Solutions at State Street in Boston before transitioning into a Technology Consulting Advisory role with Olmstead, Cognizant consulting, and Wipro Technologies. In this capacity, Graham has provided guidance to global bank CXOs on scaling up operations and technology. He is considered a thought leader in securities servicing and has been quoted in numerous leading industry publications.
